Angels are real. God sends them to help us in our extremities. An angel came to the Apostle Paul in prison and loosed the chains that bound him. An angel stopped Nephi's brothers from beating him. God sends them to strengthen, teach, warn, and help His children. The survivors of the Martin and Willie Handcart Companies spoke of help from angels. When they could go no further, they felt their carts were being pushed by unseen beings. We are promised by God today, as in days of old, that He will send His angels to bear us up and be round about us in our extremities.
