This idea came to me one day when I was watching one of our horses out in the corral. He had a magpie on his rump. That magpie was just totally at ease and enjoy his free ride. It was a warm place to be and he liked it there. My horse didn’t seem to mind it either. I’ve noticed a lot of animals seem to enjoy the company of other animals. Seeing a horse and a bird together was a little humorous but also kind of neat.
